Take 3 minutes to improve your attitude, performance and slice of the world. Take a PULSE CHECK:
- Close your Eyes.
- Put your hand on your Heart.
- Feel your Heartbeat.
- BREATHE deeply. Fill your Lungs. All the way in... All the way out. AGAIN.
Now. ASK YOURSELF two questions
- What am I grateful for today?
- How will I show my appreciation and gratitude for this?
NOW go and DO IT. Show your appreciation and gratitude. Be the World's Best version of yourself today. DO IT for yourself, your family, friends, co-workers, teams, and company - DO IT in every aspect of your life.

Today, I am again grateful for the team of friends and first responders that gave gave me CPR and used a defibrillator to save my life on August 23rd 2024.Your are the World's Best.
Recently a few weeks ago I found myself next to a couple of police officers in line at a coffee shop on a Minnesota morning when the temperature was 15 below zero. I asked them how their morning was going and "Is your job harder when it is this cold outside". The response was YES and they shared a couple of stories. My response was simple. "I appreciate what you do in our community, You are the World's Best"
It's time for a PULSE CHECK - check that bad attitude at the door. Leave it behind. ADOPT THE GRATITUDE ATTITUDE. I believe within each of us are the skills, capability and talents to Be the World's Best Version of Yourself. BRING IT ON. DO IT. EVERY DAY.
